Who is responsible
This website is run by Decision and Leadership Consulting, a sole establishment in Abu Dhabi, UAE, founded by Oleksandr Mylovatskyi. For anything about your information, write to oleksandr@mylovatskyi.com.
What is collected, and when
- Enquiry form. Your answers to the six questions, your name, company and role, your email address, and anything optional you add (city, phone or WhatsApp, and a note). Nothing is sent until you press Send. The form is delivered to Oleksandr by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
- Booking a call. If you choose a time in the calendar, your name, email address, the time you pick and anything you add are handled by Cal.com, which provides the calendar. The calendar loads from Cal.com only when you open it, and Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to it.
- Visiting the site. The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from this site.
How it is used
Only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and prepare a conversation. Your details are not sold, and they are not added to marketing lists.
How long it is kept
As long as needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the engagement and the records that go with it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details held about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted, by writing to oleksandr@mylovatskyi.com.
